The Maldives Surfing Association (MSA) finalized event schedules and reef-break venues for the upcoming outer-atoll legs of the national shortboard and bodyboard championship tour. Technical judges will evaluate domestic surfers in heavy swell conditions outside Malé Atoll to build national ranking points and select athletes for upcoming international qualifying competitions. Local surfing committees across host islands are setting up event sites to welcome competing athletes.
